Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fear No Man Travel Kit. If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to exchange it for a different size or color, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your Travel Kit must meet the following conditions:

• Be in the same condition as received – unused and undamaged
• Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
• Show no signs of wear, scuff marks, or stains
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at fearnomanclothinguk@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

All returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by our team.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Travel Kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photos of the defect or packaging to help us process your replacement or exchange promptly.
